HOMEMADE RASPBERRY POPSICLES

Summer is right around the corner! Try this simple recipe for creamy and refreshing homemade raspberry popsicles! This recipe is gluten free, dairy free, soy free, dye free, and kid friendly. The perfect treat packed with vitamin C, potassium, raspberry ketones, and coconut fatty acids.
INGREDIENTS
​1 cup Coconut Milk or Coconut Cream*
2 cups Organic Raspberries
1 Tbs White Honey (or your favorite sugar substitute)
1/2 tsp GF Vanilla Extract or Ground Vanilla Powder

DIRECTIONS
  1. In a blender, add coconut milk, honey, raspberries, and vanilla.
  2. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  3. Pour into popsicle molds
  4. Add popsicle sticks, cover, and freeze at least 5 hours or overnight.
  5. Enjoy!

TIP: When ready to eat, run popsicle molds under warm water making it easier to remove the popsicles.

*Look for Organic Coconut Cream without added gums (which can irritate Leaky Gut).
