Welcome to YOUR detox!
The Gleason Center has been healing and empowering patients with The Detox Program for over 14 years. Dr. Gleason was first moved to create this program after seeing a disturbing rise in lab results showing dangerous accumulations of toxins and heavy metals in his patients. And while it was first designed to solve a problem, The Detox Program has grown into a thriving community that empowers all of us to take control of our own health and wellness.

What it's all about
The Detox Program is a cleanse and online healthy living course designed to set healthy habits for life. The program includes nutrition shakes, meal plans, detox guides, and a full team to support. In just 21 days remove toxins from the body, replenish nutrients, and improve overall health and well-being.

How to prepare
It's important to properly prepare our minds and bodies for detox! Get in the right frame of mind by finding time each day to truly take care of yourself. Begin deep breathing. Go outside and enjoy the sunshine. Unplug from everyday stressors. This is your chance to take back your health.
