Get in the Spring Break mood with our recipe for a deliciously tropical Mango Coconut Smoothie! Packed with vitamin C, vitamin A, manganese, dietary fiber, and natural electrolytes- this smoothie will leave you feeling nourished and energized. Gluten free, dairy free, soy free, refined sugar free.
1/3 ripe organic mango
2 tablespoons shredded coconut
1/3 ripe organic banana
1 cup coconut milk, coconut water, or filtered water
2 ice cubes (optional)
Blend mango, coconut, banana, coconut milk, and ice cubes in a blender until smooth. Add high protein toppings like greek yogurt or gluten free granola for a smoothie breakfast. Serves one.
