1 Bunch Organically Grown Kale
1 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
Optional Spices (1/2 tsp. Cayenne, Turmeric, Paprika, Etc.)
Pro Tip: Play around with the oil use! Try extra virgin olive oil, avocado oil, grass fed tallow, or your favorite healthy oil!
