2 Avocados (very ripe)
1/3 cup and 1 tablespoon Cocoa
1/2 cup Maple Syrup
1/3 cup Coconut Milk
1 tsp Vanilla
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
In a food processor or blender, combine avocados, cocoa, maple syrup, coconut milk, vanilla, and sea salt. Puree until creamy. Spoon mousse into ramekins or muffin cups and chill for at least 30 minutes. Serve mousse topped with fresh fruit, cacao nibs, or honey.
