Avocados are nutrient dense and full of protein, fiber, potassium, vitamins K, E, B, and omega 3 fatty acids. Our chocolate avocado mousse also has the antioxidant benefits of the ingredients cocoa and coconut. So indulge and enjoy every delightful spoonful! INGREDIENTS 2 Avocados (very ripe) 1/3 cup and 1 tablespoon Cocoa 1/2 cup Maple Syrup 1/3 cup Coconut Milk 1 tsp Vanilla 1/4 tsp Sea Salt DIRECTIONS In a food processor or blender, combine avocados, cocoa, maple syrup, coconut milk, vanilla, and sea salt. Puree until creamy. Spoon mousse into ramekins or muffin cups and chill for at least 30 minutes. Serve mousse topped with fresh fruit, cacao nibs, or honey.
