Epsom Salt Baths: Draw a warm bath. Add Epsom salts to bath water to soothe, relax, and detox. You may also rub Epsom salt on skin and around sore muscles with a warm, wet washcloth. Epsom salts help relax, relieve muscle stress and tension, detoxify, and invigorate.
