Restorative Care
Reducing or eliminating your symptoms may be the easiest part of your treatment at The Gleason Center. In order to prevent a recurrence of symptoms, it may be necessary to continue receiving care even though you are feeling much better.
During the restorative phase of your care, you will not need to receive adjustments as often as you did during the relief phase. Depending on your individual circumstances, exercising and stretching at home or at the gym may reduce the number of ongoing treatments needed.
Do not be discouraged if you have occasional flare-ups. This is normal. Symptoms are bound to re-occur during this phase because your body has not fully healed. Depending on the severity and duration of your injury or condition, this phase of your care may last anywhere from a few weeks to a few months.
